Fabrication Workflow

From Raw Alloy to Finished Piece

Stage 01

Casting and Spinning

In-house forming covers brass, iron, aluminum, and mixed alloys. Raw alloy is cast and spun into bodies for planters, vases, urns, and cake stands, with forming parameters set for each product type.

Stage 02

Polishing and Plating

Formed components move through polishing and plating to achieve consistent surface finishes. Specialized finishing covers brass, bronze, and antique effects across the range.

Stage 03

Lacquering and Assembly

A protective lacquer layer is applied to preserve finish quality through handling and transit. Components such as table legs, candle holder bases, and bathroom fittings are assembled before packing.

Quality Assurance

Checkpoints Before Every Shipment

01

Gauge and Dimensional Tolerance

Each batch is checked for dimensional accuracy against product specifications before it moves to finishing.

02

Plating Adhesion

Coated surfaces are inspected for adhesion and coating resilience to confirm the finish holds through handling and transit.

03

Seam and Weld Finishing

Structural welds and seams are reviewed for soundness and finish quality on every assembled piece.

04

Export Carton Drops

Packed cartons are checked for moisture control and load stability to support international container shipping.
